I built this productivity tracking app as a way to help myself because I felt that all the focus tracking apps on the App Store were too bloated with features or required you to pay a subscription to unlock useful pieces of the app.

With a simple, no frills, one tap approach to start your session theres no complex steps to setup the app. After all the idea is to track your focus states, not get lost trying to setup the tracking app itself. 

The app includes helpful live activities, and notifications to ensure you dont forget its running. Then when it comes to ending your flow state sessions its as simple as another tap. Next youll tag the reason for why your session was ended (Did you finish the task? Were you interrupted? Maybe you got distracted by a screen?). Finally tag the session with your current mood.

Over time youll be able to see how different session lengths, ending reasons, and moods affect your sessions.
